you can download from here.
Microsoft
FrontPage Users with Microsoft FrontPage extensions installed on
their sites should use only
the FrontPage publishing feature to transfer files. Using regular
FTP can corrupt the extensions, disabling the functionality of the
FrontPage web and requiring that the site be deleted to reinstall
the extensions.
If you do not
have your nameservers propagated to the SimpleHost
DNS, then you will not be able to upload your web content
to the SimpleHost Servers. For more
information on your Domain Name Servers (DNS) click here.
Start Dreamweaver, click on the Site
menu, and select Define Sites.
The Define Sites window will open. Select your web site from the
list and click New.

Click on the Local Info tab.
Give your project
a name.
Locate the
directory on your local computer where your web site is located.

Click on the Remote Info tab. From
the Access dropdown menu, select FTP.

Several fields will appear that need to be filled out with your
account information.
This will be in the
format mydomain.com, where mydomain.com is your actual web site
domain name.
This is the
initial server directory that you want Dreamweaver to open. You
should fill this field in with: www
This is the username
you selected. If you forgot, the username can be found in your setup
letter.
This is the password
you selected. If you forgot, the password can be found in your setup
letter.

Select OK.
Now you are ready to upload your files. Please use the image below
for the following instructions.

First, select your web site from the Site dropdown list (1).
Next, click the Connect button (2).
This will connect Dreamweaver to the
SimpleHost Server.
Next, select the files that you wish to upload in the window located
on the right hand side of your screen. Click the blue arrow (3)
and your files will begin uploading to your server. Use the green
arrow (4) if you wish to download
files from the SimpleHost Server to
your local computer.
