A few of the recent changes:

- Expanded Technical Support hours - now offering 24/7/365 technical support via our online ticket system
- New support system featuring Live Ticket Status, so you know when we are working on your ticket.
- All servers have been upgraded to the latest Dell PowerEdge Series Servers
- Implemented a 3 tier backup system to guarantee data integrity and availability, offering 30 day guaranteed data retention
Effective immediately, you are being provided a new web-based 'Customer Manager' that will be used for the basis of your account management process. To login to your Customer Manager, go to https://my.simplehost.com. (note: your login information has been emailed to the address on file for your account).
The Customer Manager allows you to manage all aspects of your account including:
- Login/Access to your website Control Panel(s)
- Manage and install product features
- View or change product details
- Easily update contact information
- Change or update payment information
- Pay invoices or make advanced payments
- View billing history and print Invoices or Receipts
- Order new products and services
- View customer support history
- Submit technical support tickets

Exciting News! Now you can host 25 domains on 1 account. To add domains, simply click on the "Add Domains" button in the control panel. In addition, we increased the monthly bandwidth allowance to 3000GB.
